Attorney Vasram is bound by the professional rules established by the laws and regulations governing the legal profession, in particular the Law of November 27, 1991, and the decrees of November 27, 1991, and July 12, 1992. 2005, the decree of July 5, 1996, concerning the CARPA (Caisse des Règlements Pécuniaires des Avocats – Lawyers’ Financial Settlement Fund), the National Internal Regulations (RIN) issued by the National Bar Council, and the Internal Regulations of the Paris Bar.

The VASRAM firm has an insurance policy applicable to all its authorized professional activities, taken out on its behalf by the Bar Association with MMA IARD Assurances Mutuelles / MMA IARD (SA) (14 boulevard Marie et Alexandre Oyon 72030 LE MANS CEDEX 9), guaranteeing its professional liability and the safekeeping of entrusted funds.

ARTICLE 2. FEE TERMS

Consultation Fees

– In-office consultation (60 min): €240
– Video consultation (60 min): €220
– Written consultation: €360
– Express telephone consultation (10 min): €50
– Written legal question and simple answer (less than 1,000 characters): €50

File Fees

– Flat fee: a fixed amount determined in advance for the entire procedure.
– Additional work: Any additional travel or substantial correspondence (more than two pages) will be billed at €360 including VAT.

ARTICLE 3. CARE AND RECOURSE

Any dispute concerning the amount of the lawyer’s fees must first be submitted to the President of the Paris Bar Association (located at 9/11, Place Dauphine, 75053 PARIS CEDEX 01), by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, or against a receipt, pursuant to Articles 174, 175, and 176 of Decree No. 91-1197 of November 27, 1991.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the client may also contact the Consumer Mediator for the legal profession free of charge.
